The Challenge: Filling a Strategic Leadership Role

Whilst recruiting for the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing position, Tradebe faced significant challenges. When hiring for many roles across the business, we understand the challenge for internal talent acquisition teams to allocate resources effectively to urgent senior hires.
