Salary: [€150,000 - €200,000 + Extensive Bonus, Car, Private Healthcare] – depending on experience.
Spencer Riley is collaborating with a leading Embedded Software provider, and we are currently seeking a Sales Director to join their growing team. The position will be focused on creating and implementing a strategic commercial roadmap within some of the leading OEM’s and Tier Ones across EMEA.. The position will be focused on the development of the Major Accounts across Germany. You will define your sales strategy, prospect, develop and retain your customer portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
- Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
- Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
Qualifications:
- You are a graduate of a Business School or a Master in Sales or Sales Engineering and have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Developer or Senior Account Lead
- An entrepreneur at heart, you have ideally a previous experience in a similar position
- You have strong interpersonal skills and a tenacity that will enable you to successfully complete your assignments and work in a team.
- You are fluent in English (Level C1)
