Spencer Riley is collaborating with a Facilities Services Organisation and we are currently seeking a National Sales Manager to join their growing team. The position will be responsible for developing and executing a robust sales strategy to acquire new clients across the United States. This is a pure hunter role, focused solely on generating new business opportunities and expanding their market presence. You will work independently to identify and pursue leads, build relationships, and close sales. Services include janitorial, landscaping, maintenance, parking, energy management, and security services.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and target potential clients in various sectors, including commercial, industrial, manufacturing, institutional markets etc.  
  • Utilize a variety of channels (networking, cold calling, social media, etc.) to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their facilities needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that address client requirements and showcase our services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our services.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in the Facility Service industry  
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in the Facility Service industry  
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
