As the National Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts across the United States. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the janitorial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a national sales strategy that aligns with company goals and drives revenue growth across the janitorial services sector.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, ensuring our services are positioned effectively.
  • Lead efforts to prospect and acquire new clients, targeting various industries such as commercial, educational, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of their janitorial needs.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations team to set performance targets, provide mentorship, and foster a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales goals.
  • Oversee the preparation of compelling proposals and presentations that demonstrate the value of our services to potential clients.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to executive leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and implement training programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and effectiveness in selling janitorial services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Janitorial Service industry  
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in the Facility Service industry  
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of janitorial services, market dynamics, and client needs.
  • Willingness to travel
