Business Development Manager, Benelux

Location: Belgium OR Netherlands

Salary: €90,000 to €120,000 DOE + Monthly Commission + Car Allowance + Healthcare

Spencer Riley is collaborating with Temperature Controlled Packaging manufacturer, and we are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join their growing team. The position will be focused on New Business Development whilst maintaining and growing existing client relationships. Previous experience in Pharma/Life Science Cold Chain is vital and knowledge of Clinical Studie is desirable. The region this position covers is the Benelux region, but not limited to Western Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meets with prospective clients to build awareness of temperature controlled packaging solutions with clients and achieve revenue objectives

• Develops and maintains long-term relationships and business with new and existing customers.

• Encourages the adoption of new temperature controlled packaging solutions  

• Works with Partners and internal teams to produce bespoke selling solutions to Pharma & Life Science clientele

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharma Cold Chain.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales position.

• Proven experience in Consultative selling.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
