After founding Spencer Riley in 2014, Scott built on his reputation as a leading consultant with extensive experience in board-level placements and supporting clients through acquisitions. While his primary focus is on fostering the growth of the talented consultants at Spencer Riley, he continues to maintain strong relationships in several international markets and works closely with key clients.

He is deeply committed to the development of the wider business, playing an active role in the professional growth of the team. He also ensures each consultant has the support needed to achieve their career goals, providing career coaching and creating a platform for success.

Having experienced the thrills of working as a consultant myself for over a decade, my role now allows me to gear the business to be the best platform possible for both new consultants and experienced consultants to perform and enjoy the rewards that come with that.
