Q: What was your first impression of Spencer Riley?

A: When I first started at Spencer Riley, it was only a small team but everyone was so welcoming and supportive and wished nothing but success.

Q: What's been your favourite part of working at Spencer Riley?

A: My favourite part is definitely the culture, everyone is so open to helping and supporting each other and ensuring that we always push each other.

Q: What does the future hold at Spencer Riley?

A: At Spencer Riley, there is a clear career path including progression for everyone, tailored to their needs and with the company constantly growing, I'm sure there are a lot more exciting times to come!

Q: Who's been your biggest inspiration at Spencer Riley?

A: I mean, it has to be the Gaffer doesn't it. He started the business from nothing but passion and determination and he now has a great and amazing business with amazing employees. 😁
