Our RPO Process

RPO is an ongoing relationship but when a new vacancy arises, we follow a strategic process to secure the best talent for the role, from anywhere in the world.

Once authorised by the Hiring Manager, the role is passed to our Talent Delivery Team who will qualify the position, start the screening and selection process, interview and review candidates, and deliver a shortlist of detailed, descriptive candidate recommendations.

Candidates who do not feature on the shortlist are documented and recorded, so no valuable data is lost. Our team can then handle first and second interviews, with a final interview stage undertaken in conjunction with the Hiring Manager where required.

A successful candidate is chosen and we check references and take the lead to negotiate a mutually agreeable remuneration package, based on a deep understanding of the current hiring market.

After the Offer

Once an offer is made, we work with the successful candidate to complete onboarding documentation, manage counter-offers and continue to nurture the relationship through to their scheduled start date.

We can co-ordinate any initial training and induction processes, schedule a one-month review and report back to the Hiring Manager on any issues that arise along the way.

RPO Timescale and Planning

RPO is a continuous service and with clear timescales and plans in place, you can be confident that we will continue to deliver the best results both for your business and for the talented executives you choose to hire.

By doing this, we ensure that new hires exceed targets from the moment they begin working for you, while remaining enthusiastic and engaged within their new role for the duration of their employment.

Phase One

We deliver RPO in quarterly phases with continuing expert support at all times. In Q1 we work with your Hiring Manager(s) to establish a recruitment process that meets your needs:

  • KPIs, SLAs, processes and procedures agreed with Hiring Manager
  • Recruitment process commences with initial vacancies
  • Face-to-face meetings scheduled with all key stakeholders
Phase Two

In Q2 we conduct our first quarterly review, combining performance data with feedback from your Hiring Manager to ensure we are meeting all critical benchmarks:

  • KPI/SLAs reviewed with additional context from Hiring Manager
  • Overview of candidates placed and milestones met
  • Continuing feedback to identify and resolve early issues
Phase Three

Phase 3 spans Q3-4 of the first year and builds on progress made towards a recruitment pipeline for year two and beyond:

  • Review SLA agreement based on data-driven insight and analytics
  • Hold 12-month review of onboarded talent and feedback from your company
  • Planning and pipeline drawn up for Y2 talent acquisition
